Our Concrete Installation Process
Every Job at On The Level is completed using recommended best practices from the American Concrete Institute Located in Farmington MI, and in compliance with State of Michigan Uniform Building Codes.
Once a plan has been developed and approved by the customer. The first step we take is to put the plan on the ground. First we set the elevations, and excavation begins. After the excavation is complete the form work is installed. 21AA Crushed concrete gravel is then added and compacted in place to ensure a solid base and proper concrete depth for the new slab.
Once the area had been prepared the concrete is placed. Our team of experienced professionals level off the concrete with magnesium strait edges.. After the area is perfectly flat and the concrete has lost its plasticity, our team of veteran finishers hand finish every slab to remove any minor flaws or defects on the surface.
